Marc Lelandais has been credited with the turnaround of several companies of consumer goods since twenty years and more recently Vivarte Group, the number one shoe & fashion retailer in France with 3 billion sales and 4800 stores.

He specialized his expertise over the years in managing complex economical, strategic and capitalistic company status requiring deep transformation process.
His skills in change management are to mix sense of innovation, creativity and a process driven approach to redefine and reposition business in fast moving & changing environment.

Prior to leading Vivarte, between 2006 and 2012, he was the CEO of the Maison Lancel. There, he repositioned the brand and restored profitability after years of losses.

Previously, he worked for ST Dupont and Escada where he brought visible results to the accessory business. He took his first leadership position at 30 years old and since then, he has been building a wide and deep range of skills in business turnaround, and brands repositioning through a « hands on » and innovative management style.

Focused on value creation, operating on worldwide business, he concentrates on consumer behavior.

He started his career in the retail of perfumes and cosmetics before broadening his expertise to premium categories.

He fluently speaks French, English, German and Italian.
